You are here: Performance Analysis

Performance Analysis. In order to design an effective training schedule, you need detailed information about your current level of physical performance as well as your physical potential. Performance analysis is the objective evaluation of your current physical performance. The accurate determination of lactate thresholds, maximal oxygen uptake and leg strength provide information about your current level of strength and endurance. This then forms the foundation of your training schedule which aims to allow you to improve your current physical performance level and reach your personal potential.

The lactate test, using cascaded increasing work-load, is the standard method of performance analysis. Based on the data collected, your individual training zones and corresponding heart rates are calculated. Your performance at the individual anaerobic threshold is the foundation for systematic and effective training.

Oxygen stands for energy. What is your aerobic engines highest performance? You can get the answer out of the VO2max-test. We measure your maximum oxygen uptake and advise you where your performance is to classify how big your achievement potential is.

Torque, as rotational force, plays a crucial role in cycling. Riders who generate a higher torque with similar cadence produce a higher amount of power. The torque test provides an insight into your maximal sprint performance and displays the cadence with which you achieve the highest power.

Optimise your power transmission and get a grip on orthopaedic problems by pedal force measurement analysis. One can benefit from the use of our feedback-software.
